How to take a screenshot with Optimus 2x / Tmobile G2x?

On the LG Optimus 2x / T-Mobile G2x you also have the option of pressing the Power button and the home screen at the same time and it will create a screenshot without any additional apps. The screenshots can then be found in the Gallery.

I use it all the time, it's called "Screen Capture Shortcut"

I honestly do not know what I would do without it.

Now as far as built in, I do not think that is possible. But this application builds itself in kinda so it's nice and should work.
